Reserve Your Seats

AI Field Lab at NGAUS

Send anyone from your team to learn the AI tools inside Army Vantage or Envision. Reserve your seats with a single card swipe.

NGAUS 2026 — INDIANAPOLIS

The lab runs the two days before NGAUS — August 26 and 27 — at the Indianapolis Convention Center. Same building. No travel overhead. Only 25 seats available.

THE PROBLEM

What happens if your troops don't get this training?

The directive is already in effect. There is no neutral position on this.

You'll be stuck using the same manual processes

The Guard has the tools. Most units don't have the people trained to use them. Without AI skills in the room, your unit keeps doing manually what the platform was built to automate. The hours pile up. The backlog doesn't move.

Waste the Guard's investment in Palantir products

The Guard has invested in Army Vantage and Envision. Those platforms are already paid for and already in your unit's hands. Without trained people, that investment sits idle — a capability that exists on paper but never gets deployed.

Fall behind the AI curve

Units building AI capability now are the ones setting the standard. Units that wait inherit a catch-up problem — on a compressed timeline, with less room for error, when everyone else is already ahead.

THE SOLUTION

One card swipe. Two days to build an AI prototype.

The AI Field Lab lets you send a portion of your team to deliver value for your entire state. Here is how it works.

01

Reserve your seats

One card swipe. No contracting. No complex procurement cycle. Reserve your seats and show up ready to build.

02

Show up for the Field Lab

Two days of hands-on instruction and building inside Army Vantage and Envision, using real-world sample data that mirrors the problems your unit actually faces.

03

Bring AI expertise home

Your troops return with a working prototype and the knowledge to apply it to your unit's real data and mission. You now have AI-enabled leaders on your team.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

A certificate. And a product that works.

A working AI tool

Built by you, ready to be used on your problems.

A clear story for command

You'll leave knowing exactly what you built, why it matters, and how to explain its value up the chain. The work speaks for itself. You just have to walk in and show it.

The ability to build the next one

You didn't just watch. You built against a real problem, with real stakes. That's why it sticks — and why you can do it again without Skillquest in the room.

WHAT OKLAHOMA BUILT

SSG Hailey saved 61,000 hours.

After attending a Skillquest AI Readiness Lab, an Oklahoma Army National Guard Soldier built an AI tool that automates military awards eligibility reviews. The tool processes NGB-23A retirement records automatically (work that previously required hundreds of hours per Soldier).

ADJUTANT GENERAL, OKLAHOMA

"Staff Sgt. Hailey's initiative demonstrates the kind of innovation that keeps the Oklahoma National Guard moving forward. By identifying a challenge and developing a practical solution, he's helping save valuable time across the force."

— Maj. Gen. Thomas H. Mancino, Adjutant General, Oklahoma

WHAT THE LAB LOOKS LIKE

Two days. Real builds. Operational knowledge.

01

Day one: learn, then build

A structured morning of hands-on AI instruction built around Guard missions. Then straight into building — using Army Vantage or Envision, working through real-world sample data that mirrors the problems units actually face. By end of day, you have something working. Participants will receive email instructions to verify platform access one week before the lab.

02

Day two: refine, then deploy

Take what you built and make it usable. Stress-test it against harder problems. Document what it does and why it matters. Leave with the skills to explain it to command and the knowledge to build the next one without Skillquest in the room.

03

Leave as an AI-enabled leader

You leave Indianapolis with a working prototype, the knowledge to apply it to your unit's real data, and the credibility to lead AI adoption when you get home. Not a certificate you file away. A capability your state can actually use.

WHY NOW

The order is on the table. The window is two days.

SECRETARY OF THE ARMY DIRECTIVE

The Secretary of the Army has issued a directive: field an AI-capable warfighting force by end of year. The clock is already running.

The NGAUS lab is not a future option. It's a two-day window, in the same building where you're already going. There is no other individual purchase path into the lab this year.

FAQs

Before you reserve.

Is this GPC-eligible?

Yes. The AI Field Lab is classified as training and is eligible for purchase with a government purchase card. You will receive an itemized purchase receipt via email immediately after checkout — everything your finance office needs. You will also find Skillquest’s UEI (L14XCXN2NTC5) and CAGE code (01K98) on your receipt for your finance office records. Skillquest maintains an active SAM.gov registration.

What information do I need to provide at checkout?

Just your unit/organization name, state, and standard card information. No participant names are required at checkout — you can update those up to 48 hours before the lab by emailing ai.labs@skillquest.io.

What do I need to bring?

Come prepared with the following:

  • Laptop with NIPRNet access
  • CAC card
  • Access to Army Vantage or Envision
  • Verify you can access AI FDE within Vantage or Envision before arriving
  • Laptop charger
No prior AI experience required. We handle everything else.

What if I want to send more than 6 people?

For groups larger than 6, an AI Readiness Lab is likely a better fit. Our full unit labs are built around your specific mission and data and can accommodate your entire team. Book a capabilities brief and we'll walk you through the right option.

Can I make changes to who I bring to the lab?

Yes. Participant names can be updated up to 48 hours before the lab. Email ai.labs@skillquest.io or reach out to drew@skillquest.io directly and we will update your reservation.

What if my orders change before August?

Email ai.labs@skillquest.io or drew@skillquest.io and we will work with you. Seats can be transferred to another member of your unit.

Do I need experience with Army Vantage or Envision?

No. The lab teaches you how to use these platforms from the ground up. You will leave with operational AI knowledge built inside the platform your unit already has access to.

Full refund available up to 14 days before the event. Participant substitutions accepted up to 48 hours before the lab. Email ai.labs@skillquest.io to request a refund or substitution.

STILL NOT SURE?

Book a capabilities brief.

We'll walk you through the lab, answer your questions, and help you figure out if this is the right fit for your unit. No commitment required.
